Refund policy

At Cuir De Lys, every wallet is handcrafted using premium Italian leather. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and markings are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in its original condition

- Returned in its original packaging

- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To initiate a return, please contact us at : contact@cuirdelys.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Natural Leather Characteristics

Our products are crafted from full-grain Italian leather. Natural variations, wrinkles, scars, color differences, and patina development are part of the leather's character and are not considered defects.
